When is this for sale? / When is the drop?

Do you ship to my country?
Most likely yes. In order to check, please try adding an item to the cart and proceed to checkout- you won’t need to purchase! The checkout will display the current available countries so if you don’t see your country, please email me.
Where can I find information about my order?
A confirmation email is sent out with each order to the email address you entered at checkout. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with the tracking info. If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check the spam.
When will I receive my order?
I ship items the same week I receive the order. However, once I hand the package over to the carrier, I do not have any power over when the package makes it to you. From experience, USPS normally takes less than a week to deliver orders within the US and 3 weeks for international orders.
Where is my package?
Once I have dropped packages off at the USPS, I am not liable for missing or damaged items. I do test my packaging to make sure that normal handling by the carriers should not result in any kind of damage but I can not plan for everything! If your package is marked delivered but you do not see it, I recommend checking around your property, speaking to a neighbor who may have seen it, and finally reaching out to the USPS for help.
Can I make a return/get a refund?
All sales are final. I can only accept returns or refunds for items that are defective or broken due to my own error. I make sure that all my products are made to last with intended use and normal care.
Can I cancel my order?
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please email me to request a cancellation.
